Returns & Exchanges
At O'Donnell Moonshine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your moonshine; however, due to the nature of our food and beverage products, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your moonshine jars are still sealed with the original tamper-evident bond and that the request is within our 14-day return window.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and, in the case of damaged goods, please attach clear photos of the broken items and packaging.
- 3.Package Your Return
Carefully pack the unopened jars in their original shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent breakage during transit back to our distillery.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
